The wines of l'amour d'azur are produced in the south of France – in Languedoc. Here, l'amour d'azur is produced on the Pugibets' family-owned vineyard.
Producers Vincent Pugibet and Axel Wulfken attach great importance to natural cultivation and avoid the use of pesticides wherever possible. The vines are cultivated with great respect for nature and tradition.
After vinification, the cuvées are gently de-alcoholized to preserve their natural aromas and structure – without the addition of artificial flavors or artificial flavorings.
THE IDEA BEHIND L’AMOUR D’AZUR
l’amour d’azur was born out of a desire to capture the Mediterranean lifestyle of the Côte d’Azur in a glass – pure enjoyment – without compromise. Fresh, sunny, clear, and conscious. A wine that combines enjoyment and style, but without alcohol. Axel Wulfken collaborated with winemaker Vincent Pugibet to develop l’amour d’azur: a rosé and a blanc, two alcohol-free cuvées that combine authenticity, elegance, and modern lightheartedness.
The combination of southern French terroir, gentle perlage, careful dealcoholization, and natural cultivation makes l'amour d'azur a special non-alcoholic experience.

GENTLY DEALCOHOLIZED
To ensure that l’amour d’azur retains its natural character, freshness, and aromas, we use a particularly gentle method of dealcoholization: reverse osmosis.
The finished wine is passed through ultra-fine membranes. These separate the alcohol and a small amount of water from the valuable aromatic substances.
The aromas are then returned to the wine – very gently and precisely. This preserves what makes the wine special: its structure, fruitiness, elegance, and terroir.
The result is an alcohol-free wine that tastes clear, balanced, and authentic—without heat, without chemical additives, without compromise. A modern, conscious pleasure that brings the joie de vivre of the Côte d’Azur to your glass.
