BLANC
Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc

The LIGHTNESS OF BEING Blanc consists of equal parts of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc and impresses with lively aromas of peach, passion fruit, pineapple and some citrus fruit. The cuvée is fruity and fresh. It is a stimulating aperitif but also a fine accompaniment to Mediterranean fish and pasta dishes or fresh salads.

ROSÉ
Grenache

The LIGHTNESS OF BEING Rosé is 100% Grenache. The colour is a subtle salmon pink. Fruity and fresh, it seduces with its fine summer fruit bouquet with notes of raspberries, strawberries and melons.

The palate is dominated by light red fruits paired with refreshing flower aromas and subtle herbs. The ideal terrace wine but also an animating companion to light, Mediterranean cuisine.

ROSÉ
Pinot Noir & Syrah

Bright pink in the glass. The bouquet combines raspberries, sour cherries and currants. Fresh and juicy on the palate: raspberries, red forest berries, some cherry, plus pomegranate and rhubarb.

BLANC DE NOIR
Tannat

Made from the red Tannat grape and vinified white, this BLANC DE NOIR convinces with delicate fruit, enchanting freshness and an impressive complexity and length. Fresh fruit aromas of pear, peach, melon, lychee and gooseberry are harmoniously combined with subtle citrus notes.

Very versatile, e.g. this wine goes very well with asparagus and of course with a light, Mediterranean cuisine.

ROUGE
Cabernet Noir, Syrah, Grenache

The colour is deep red, aromas of dark cherry, black currant, juniper berry, violet. The taste is also subtly berry with spicy notes of cloves and pepper. The ripe tannins round off the pleasantly soft taste profile. This aromatic and complex red wine goes well with a light Mediterranean cuisine but also very well with grilled dishes.
